    • BIBLE STUDY

      [+]
      Men's Bible study meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month to study the Bible, or a book based on the Bible.  Currently we are studying a 6 week video series by Tim Keller based on his book, The Reason for God.  

      This is a time for development and reflection of scripture, culture, and theology.  The compartmentalization of life often cheats us out of resting and knowing with good confidence the aspects of our faith which are necessary for comprehensive living in faith and lifestyle.  The men’s study rotates through a variety of topics loosely connected toward an apologetic core.

    • MEN' PRAYER BREAKFAST

      Men's Prayer Breakfast meets at the Supreme Bean (2864 Willamette - in the Market of Choice center @ 29th & Willamette) every Friday at 6:30 a.m. We generally read a short passage of the bible and discuss what stands out to those gathered and wander around the table and share matters for prayer and thankfulness.  We generally wrap up the time at 7:30.

    • GUY'S NIGHT OUT

      Meeting downtown for a pint and a casual discussion seems common place but for many of us we are compelled to plan the random events of life if they are to happen at all.  At least one time monthly the boys gather downtown at a predetermined pub and enjoy a post workweek meal together - this is a perfect time to invite coworkers and friends to get to know those involved in your ‘spiritual’ life.  

  • CONNECT GROUPS

    Have you ever visited a familiar town but took an unfamiliar avenue to get to your destination?  Maybe your decision was not based upon taking the most direct route but based upon slowing down to enjoy the beautiful scenery or to pass by a familiar landmark.  Cascade believes there are three avenues for ministry, Sunday worship, connect groups, and individual discipleship.  Connect groups consist of 10-12 people meeting on Sunday evenings for prayer and Bible study.  The groups generally choose a biblical or theological study aimed at addressing the various needs of the collective group.

    • RCF: COLLEGE UNIVERSITY

      RCF university ministry led by Matt Allhands. Meets weekly on the U of O campus in the Chapman Building, room 3.  RCF is studying “The Sermon on the Mount” from the gospel of Matthew.

    • CRESWELL, COTTAGE GROVE, PLEASANT HILL

      Creswell/Cottage Grove/Pleasant.  Meets at the home of Janet & Mike Thompson: 78303 Meadow Park Drive, Cottage Grove, 97424.

    • HIGH SCHOOL

      High school group led by Justin Bruce. Meets at the Bruce house, 3590 Concord St. 97402:  The high school group is studying the gospel of Mark.

    • CENTRAL EUGENE

      Central Eugene led by Norm Pendell. Meets at the Parker home on the 1st & 3rd Sundays of the month, 985 West 18th Avenue. This group is studying Saved by Grace by Sinclair Ferguson.

    • WEST EUGENE

      West Eugene, Kyle Perret, 1663 Riley Lane 97402:  This group is studying The Gospel & Life by Tim Keller and meets the 1st & 3rd Sundays of the month.

  • WOMEN'S MINISTRY

    • BIBLE STUDY

      Women's Bible Study meets Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Come join the women of our church as they study Colossians together.  Childcare is provided.

      *Note* Bible study does not meet on the second Wednesday of the month due to the church's monthly prayer meeting for our missionaries.

    • GAL'S NIGHT OUT

      Once a month, the women of Cascade gather at Perugino's cafe (767 Willamette St.) at 7:00 p.m. to enjoy good food, a glass of wine and fellowship together.  Gal's Night Out is usually scheduled for the second Friday of each month.
